Moreover, we had particularly difficult circumstances. We approached Jennifer, while we still lived in Seattle, with a project to design our new bathroom in our new home that was all the way across the country, in Virginia. We got her the measurements, some photographs, and she dove right in. She listened to our wants carefully and attentively, provided innovative and creative design suggestions, helped us pick all of the materials and fixtures we wanted, designed a detailed and meticulous plan, and communicated it with our builder.
